Kathy Bennett brings a strong background in corporate sales and
marketing. Her background gives her the skills that are necessary when working with clients to buy and sell real estate.

Kathy Bennett was born and raised in Atlanta. She graduated from Georgia Tech and has lived in Smyrna, Brookhaven, Midtown and
Atlanta, before settling down in Roswell.  This strong knowledge of Atlanta, combined with a successful 20 year career in Global Sales
Management make her a natural when it comes to selling real estate.

Kathy has a strong commitment to her customer and always strives to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Commitment
to her clients started at Hewlett Packard, where she won many awards. Her sales experience is essential when helping buyers and
sellers find and sell their homes for the highest dollar.

Upon receiving her license, Kathy became one of the founding members of a real estate team. Kathy recognized the concept of concierge service was a great differentiator from other agents and teams.   She is also a Gold Level member of The Million Dollar Club involved in over 45 successful transactions. Kathy has a passion for Interior Design. This skill has proved to be valuable when staging and presenting homes. She can help clients see the big picture and potential of a house, and adapt it to the client’s requests and needs.

Kathy has been married to her husband Robert for 25 years. They have three children and reside in Roswell. Rounding out the family is
a 110lb dog and an 11 lb cat.  Kathy has been a member of the Board of Directors for The Georgia Tech AT Fund, a member of the
Young Men’s Service League (YMSL), where she has served as a philanthropy chair for 3 years. She was also selected to the Georgia
100 for sales while at HP.

Kathy enjoys tennis, reading, cooking and travel with her husband and kids.
While growing up Kathy wanted to be a NFL head coach. She studied Don Shula and still has newspaper articles
about the NFL's only undefeated season.
